I’ve noticed that I’m not receiving my rewards or bonuses lately in the game. Has anyone else had this problem? Any tips on how to fix it or what might be going wrong?

Can you please send us a screenshot here of the exact issue you're having? Are you receiving any error codes?
Please try to complete the steps below as well: - Restart your game and device - Check for game and devices updates - Make sure you have over 2GBs of free storage - Try changing from Wifi to Mobile data and vice versa
