I got 3 stars on level 5993 with Amelia and I didn’t get the rewards.
I pressed the claim button but no presents 🎁.

Got it, it seems like something may have gone wrong with this event. Has this happen several times before or was this the first time? I believe you might've gotten the rewards in the game now

When I tapped the claim box no boosters appeared.

No, that would not be the reason as the Game Experts specifies that we will not be having any issues with the faulty Wi-Fi icon!!

Did you see the pop-up box where Amelia shows what all goodies she gave you or that reward box itself did not appear?
It happened again with Amelia 3 stars no prizes. I know that I’m having issues with the game thinking that I’m offline. Could that be the reason 🤷🏻♀️☹️

It has happened before. Not very often though. It’s just really frustrating when you use a lot of boosters to pass the level thinking that Amelia will give you some boosters when you finish the level and it doesn’t work.☹️
When I finished the level with 3 stars. Which was my current level Amelia should have given me boosters for completing the level. It said claim so I clicked on it and no boosters whatsoever. This is how it was supposed to look but mine didn’t have any gift boxes showing.☹️
