today i am not being able to reach the level i have achieved so far, it keeps dragging me to the first levels, what can i do to fix this?

Hey there, to save your progress in the game you either need a King account or a Facebook account connected to the game.
If you don't have this, then the game progress is stored in the game files, so if it is deleted or removed then it can remove the progress too.
First of all, make sure that you're on the latest version of the game and have a stable internet connection - and if possible check that you're logged into your account.
If not, please make an account and then reach out to the Support via the game to get more help to restore your progress:
