Missing cropsies can't finish level 3605

I'm on level 3605 and I had collected all the cropsies to win except for snowballs. I had 10 moves left when the snowball I collected just disappeared and there were no more snowballs to collect to win the level. Screenshots below.

Any idea how to correct the issue or get credit from support?

hi, I think the problem is with your level, I tried going back to the same level and it's fine, try again 😉❤️
