I had an account about 10-15 years ago with an old email. I stopped playing Candy Crush at that time. If I begin playing again can that old account be found or do I have to start over. thank you

Hi @sgayleh if your old email address no longer exists, you can only do the following: Go into your game and open the Help Center (gear icon, Customer Support, Progress and Save). Select a category (I can't find my game progress) and scroll down to "Contact". Describe your issue there, and the support staff will help you.

I do not have access to the old email. If I use that one and try to reset my password, the link is sent to the old email. That email is long gone. I can provide support the old email and thought maybe they could find my old account. I was almost to level 5K is the reason I would like to reconnect to that one.

Do you still have access to that old email address? If so, you can log in on any device and continue playing from where you left off. If you no longer have access, you'll have to start over.
