trouble with playing farm heroes saga

I cannot continue my game on farm hero's saga. I keep getting a bird that says I need something, but I cannot proceed any further.. the game does this over and over again. this does not make sense at all.. This is the only game I play and I am very upset about this. Can you fix this for me plz? Thank you for your time on this matter.

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue in your Farm Heroes Saga game!

Can you please tell me which device you are using? When you said "bird", I am assuming it might be the "Choo Choo" the chicken🤔

When you see the bird next time, can you take a screenshot and post it here? That way, we can understand what is happening with your game and the game team can take a look at it?
