For purchase issues, the Support team can help directly. Please open Farm Heroes Saga and go to Settings ⚙ → Help Center → Chose any article → Scroll down and press "Contact us" or "Chat with us"

Include your order ID (GPA…) as you did here and your Player ID, and they’ll investigate and restore anything missing as quickly as possible.
