Candy Crush Saga/Candy Crush Soda Saga/Candy Crush Jelly Saga not loading?

I haven't played the games for a few months. I have now found that none of them will load. They each show a pale blue background with some related pictures. Other King games are being advertised at the top of the screen. However there are no previous levels showing and nowhere to click to start a game. Has anyone else had this problem? Is it because I haven't played for quite a few months?

They all work in Google Chrome. I haven't played any of the games yet but they all downloaded and took me to where I would be normally when about to start a game. I don't know why they wouldn't work on Edge, but at least I can still play them. Thank you 😊

Sometimes, the glitches on browsers also cause the issues in our games! Can you please open the Google Chrome and check there if the game opens?

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issue with some of your Candy games!

Can you please tell me which device you are using to play the game? Since you said "other games are advertised at the top of the screen", I am assuming that you are using a computer and playing the game on Facebook. Which browser you are using - Edge or Chrome or some other browser?

Please try these standard troubleshooting steps:
Restart: Force close apps and restart your device.

Updates: Check that you have the latest game and device updates.

Memory: Keep at least 2GB free storage for smooth gameplay.
Connection: Use WiFi instead of cellular data.
Clear Cache:
🤖 Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Friends Saga > Storage > Clear Cache
🍏 iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
📟️ Amazon Kindle: Menu > Choose Settings > Clear All Cookies Data
As a last resort, you can try reinstall the app. Note that this will remove all of your boosters from the game, so please do not do this unless absolutely necessary.
