Could you please let me know what device are you playing from when getting this error to purchase?

This is the window I get when I try to buy something.

I am trying to upload a screen shot, it is not working,

It says," there was a problem. Try again later"

I am having the same problem. It says try again later, cannot make purchase It shows the Terms and conditions at the top,. I click on that and read all of it. It will won't let me purchase anything.

Could you please clarify what is preventing it? Are you getting any error? Could you please share an image of what you see?
