jeu bloqué au démarrage

Bonjour, depuis deux jours le jeu farm heroes saga reste bloqué à la moitié du chargement au démarrage(photo ci dessous), seulement sur facebook, sur mon téléphone ça fonctionne, que se passe t'il? Merci.

Thank you for your quick reply.I already tried other browsers yesterday,
 including Google Chrome and Firefox, but the problem persists.
My apologies if the translation isn't perfect, I used a translator,
 as my English isn't good enough to do it myself. Thank you for your help.

I am sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing with your game on Facebook!

When we are playing the game on a browser, it is not always the game, but browser(s) itself!  From your screenshot, I could not figure out which browser you are using to play the game!

I would suggest you to switch the browser you are using.  Means, if you are on the Edge, please switch to Google Chrome (vice versa) and see if the game loads there!  Usually, it does!
