I am sorry to hear that your game is still lagging even after the issue got fixed!

2 things I am thinking about —
(1) Did you update the game to the latest version?

(2) Did you make sure that the speed is not set to "on" at "Accessibility" settings?

Can you please check these two and let me know how it goes?

Hey everyone in this thread! The issue has now been resolved, it was an error or in a test - and things should move more normally in your game now.

Please make sure to check your device for latest updates to the game and restart the game once to make sure that you have the latest version!

Thank you to everyone who reported this, as it helped us catch and fix the issue faster.

Try turning your device off for a few minutes first

This is the desktop application and I power off my computer when I'm not using it. This has not solved the problem. But I'll see if you get a response from the team.

same problems here… has rendered FHsaga totally unplayable ridiculously slow, gave up bothering with even trying to play while its like this. this game WAS my all time favourite, even in spite of all the terrible decisions as regards implementing (also terrible!) changes creeping relentlessly unrelentingly & all throughout. it's honestly so badly boring i'm even gonna give up now with trying to find right words which will get thepoint across. giving up on giving up. yeah …really is abysmal

My mini games still won't load, the gameplay is slow and it's saying not connected to internet

Hi @cmccurry I'm sorry you had this experience. Yes, the game has become very slow since the last update. The last update fixed the minigames, and something else may have been damaged in the process.

Please don't delete your game, as this will cause you to lose all your boosters. Try turning your device off for a few minutes first and then see if it improves. It helped a little for me, but it's still very slow.

I've read several complaints about this and reported it to our team. Since it's Sunday, I'm not sure if it will be processed today. Please be patient.

I'll get back to you as soon as I hear anything.

For the past few days, the game is acting as if the command to reduce in-game speed is selected. The game is incredibly sluggish during play which reduces the amount of time for any free bonuses I have.
