Boosters suddenly became locked

First of all, please forgive me if my English is a bit clumsy. I’m currently facing an issue: I’m at level 2493 in the game, and now all my boosters are locked, I can’t use any of them. I’ve tried the suggested solutions, like replaying earlier levels, but nothing works.

I should mention that I’m playing on a browser via Facebook, so I don’t have the option to uninstall/reinstall the app.What can I do? Why is this happening?Thank you for your help.

Thank you for your reply! I followed your instructions, but it’s still not working on my end. I’ve been playing for years, and this is the first time this has happened to me. However, if it’s due to maintenance, I’m hopeful that it will eventually go back to normal.
