Cant open the game

Question

Hello everyone,

recently I have encountered a problem with logging into the Game, I will attach my screen, I am playing from Facebook, I have tried deleting cache and browser data, tried new browser, new PC and nothing works, I also have Social Gaming enabled as per many suggestions.

The only thing would be removing the App on Facebook and re-adding it, but I am afraid it will delete my progress. My wife can play this game on her account, so this suggests that the problem is maybe with Facebook.

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue in your game!  When did the issue start?

Thank you very much for providing the information about the device you are using and Facebook login!  This will help us to understand the issue better!

Recently, there were some changes made to the Facebook game!  For an unknown reason, some farmers are getting affected by this and experiencing weird glitches like yours, boosters locked out, etc.,

I will report this issue to our Community In-charge right away!  But, we will have to wait till tomorrow late afternoon or so to receive any news on the issue!
