Problema conexión wifi

La aplicación no se conecta a mi wifi desde hace un tiempo,con lo que ,a veces,no puedo recoger recompensas o boosters

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing some issues in your game!

When you said "not connecting to WiFi" - do you receive a message from the game that the internet is not connected?  If not, why do you think the game is not connected to internet?

Would you mind listing which events are not giving you rewards?  Did you receive the pop-up that says "connection error"?  Can you post a screenshot of that pop-up?

If you can provide as many details as possible, we will be able to assist you better!
