⛔️(Currently Investigating) Black Screen for Facebook Players

Dear Facebook Players,

We're aware that some of you have been experiencing an issue with a black screen when logging in into the game, stopping you from enjoying it.

This is being currently investigated by our Studio team and as soon as we have an update, we'll let you know.

In the meantime, we ask and thank you for your understanding and patience.

If possible, please try a different device/platform to play the game: Android, iOS, Kindle, Windows.

I am very sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing in your game! We have another player that has reported about the same issue!

Can you please tell me which device you are using to play the game? If playing on a laptop, are you logged into the game through Facebook and playing on a browser (like Chrome, Edge, etc.,)?
