You would think that with all of the discussions about not receiving lives from team members, difficulty of levels, etc. something would be done to fix the issues.

Acabo de consultar lo mismo…A mi me figura que me brindaron vidas soliitas, pero n están donde dicen que las debería encontrar
So explain when a team member says that they sent me a life it never shows up in my mail 💌. I'm always getting requests for lives and I send them but I never receive. Been months!
The issue is when its multi format and multi device and many use Facebook, things have a knock on affect.
But the team often will look at levels again and if players are struggling then they see that.
There is a lot goes on behind the scenes that we don't see and some things are not able to be changed instantly.
I know its frustrating, I rarely get lives either. But I am sure Facebook eats them like it does my boosters, In my case anyway.
