Hi I'm having an issue with the display as others are and you are working on, but also though I'm in the 400's level I have lost all my boosters Where are they? and how do I get them back?

Do you happen to play another King game on Facebook as well? The ID should be the same across all King games.
@PummyRaj it works if you shrink the entire area alongside the game; that way, you shrink the game as well.
Where I drew the black ovals, you need to scroll using ctrl + mouse. Perhaps my translation wasn't correct.

are you using a Windows device? If so, you can shrink the screen by holding down Ctrl and using the mouse wheel while hovering to the right or left of the game screen.
If it is for Facebook, unfortunately, that trick doesn't work, as there is no room to scroll down or up!

@Linda_Melnyk @AmeliaMakenzy @MandyMoon111 I understand that this happened today when the format on Facebook changed (it happened to me, too) and the display switched from landscape to portrait mode. Could you please provide your player ID? You can find it at the bottom of the Facebook page (see my screenshot).

I was slowly starting to rebuild my stock before losing everything for the second time.

I lost all my boosters too… today, with the screen issue, but it's not the first time. It happened the same months ago.

Have been checking perodically and I now have some of three boosters but no where near the quantities I had of each. Hopefully they seem to be coming back, at least to some extent.

You are right! The Community team as well as the Farm game team are aware of the screen issue! But, you are the first to report about loss of boosters and I am very sorry to hear that!
Can you please post a screenshot of your game map and another screenshot after opening a level, so that your boosters are visible (please open an old level, so that you won't lose your win-streak and/or you won't be forced to play a new episode)!

no issues until this morning and I play at least once a day so it was okay yesterday Today the screen is shrunk which you're aware of but I had a lot of boosters and they are gone
