My Facebook friend is always taken to a level she cannot access

If she scrolls down (a LONG way) she reaches level 828 where she can play levels, but when she exits the game and returns she is back at level 1356 which she can't access. On my game I can see that it thinks she has completed level 1355 (with a score of 159,000 - nice!) but has not completed previous level(s).

Could ask your friend to post their issue here with a screen shot of the game map how it looks like when they open the game and also let me know their Game ID.To find the Game ID on Facebook, scroll down the page all the way to the bottom and click on the "Find my ID" to the left and the number will come up.0 -

I did a game reset in our system on her account to get rid off all errors.
Could you tell her to clear the cache and cookies on her browser before opening the game and see if the game works correctly now from level 828?0 -
Did lose a level completed last night (will have to do that again), but at least it is now putting her where she needs to be. Thanks for the help!0
