Hi, is it possible to transfer game progress from a fb account to another? Thanks.

    Welcome to our Community @CoolAngel🤗

    The answer is no however, we can manually restore your game progress to the new Facebook account if you can provide us the old and the new Facebook ID, this link will help you find it so we can locate your game records.

    Important! Make sure you pass the first level of the game from your new Facebook account so this can get registered so I can restore your game.

    Please also note that we're unable to restore any completed challenges, boosters and lives to the new account.

    Thanks for your reply. May I know is there any alternative way to provide you the id of my both old and new fb account? I do not suggest to post the ids here due to the privacy matter. Thanks.

    I have actually found out 3 types of id, which are fb id, fb page id, and user id of the game. May I know which one you need? By the way, I do not have fb page id for my new fb account, am I able to provide fb id? Thanks.
