Just one question to you... did you log into the game through Facebook OR through Kingdom account? Do you have both the accounts or just one of the same?
And to answer you, I am also noticing this and yes! It is a glitch. I think we have already reported it, but let me check!
Whenever the Quests icon disappears, simply log out of the game and close the App -- Disconnect the WiFi - Restart your device after shutting it down for 2-3 min -- Do not open the game for 1 or 2 hours -- Later go back to your game, log in and check if the Quests reappear.
This is not an official remedy. but just a trick I use, and it works all the time đ Hope it does work for you too đïž

NOTE: If you have both Facebook and King accounts, when you are logging back in, switch the accounts. Means, if you were logged in through King account before, now log in through Facebook or vice-versa âșïž

Sometimes itâs also possible that you are unable to play these because you donât have the latest version of the app or a stable Internet connection, or simply youâre not connected to the Kingdom or Facebook. You can also try opening the game, logging out of the Kingdom or Facebook, closing the game, then finally re-opening and connecting again. Some of these tricks may work for you.
If they donât, itâs just a matter of time. You may not be amongst the selected group at the moment but soon youâll be the lucky one to enjoy the new challenges as well as your friends!

A lot of players updated policies but it doesn't make quests go away đ As Lim said, it may be just that you have completed all the ones available to you. There was one last week but as with all quests, some are available to one group and not to another but you will get them again. It helps keep the game stable and allows the studio to see which quests work and don't depending on feedback.
