We're delighted to let you know that this has now been fixed in our most recent game update.
To make sure you have the latest version:
-On mobile or tablet, simply go to the game page in your app store and make sure the latest version is installed. If you already have the game open, please also fully close it down and start it again.
-On Facebook/King.com, you only need to close and reopen your browser and restart the game.
