I haven't been able to connect on FB since new format. I'm up to date, so don't tell me that. All other King games work fine. Would appreciate any help.

    Hi @mickib729, so you have the new HTML5 version on your PC?

    What seems to be the issue? Is it not loading, are you getting any error message? Have you by any chance tried different browsers or clearing the cache?

    It never goes past the loading screen. I've tried new browsers, clearing the cache. Everything is up to date

    OK, I see... 

    Try removing the game and install it back again. First of all, don’t worry as this process will not delete your progress. As soon as you reinstall the game you will be back on the same level as before.

     

    In order to delete the game from Facebook please follow these steps: 


    Go to “Settings => Apps” and press the “x” next to the game app.

    Now clear the cache for your computer: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache.

    Now search for the game on Facebook and start playing.
