    Thank you very much for trying out all the troubleshooting steps and getting back to us! 

    (1) Did you try playing the game through Windows 10, installing it with Microsoft Edge? 

    (2) If your PC does not support Windows 10, you can try to play the game on a mobile device like a phone or a tablet, etc.,

    Unfortunately, it is taking longer than expected to fix that issue!  Hence, we (the players) are left with above 2 options only!!
