Boosters are locked

Hi! All my boosters are locked so can’t use them. They were locked all of a sudden. What can I do? I have quite a lot of them and I’m really sad not to be able to use them.

    Level 3
    To unlock the boosters, you need to complete the following levels:
    Level 5: Shovel
    Level 8: Tractor
    Level 13: +1 booster
    Level 23: Colour collector
    Level 31: Egg cracker
    Level 72: Clean up
    This has worked for others, so hopefully it will work for you as well.

    Just scroll down and redo those levels. It has worked for me and several others.

    It didn’t work for me. I did the leveys several times and boosters didn’t unlock. What next?

    There are a couple of other things to try. That was just the easiest one. I will have a look, but in the mean time I will tag @QueenB as she has answered this before.

    @Papsy71, if replaying the levels did not unlock the boosters, I'm afraid you'll have to reinstall the game app. 

    It usually fixes most issues (please note that any progress on the mobile device that has not been synchronized with Facebook/King account at this stage will be lost.

    However, all the progress that is currently saved on Facebook/King account can easily be retrieved, once you have reconnected the device successfully). 

    Regrettably, you will lose any saved boosters and messages. I would recommend using these up before re-installing, if possible.

    As the boosters are locked, he will lose nothing. But as QueenB said, make sure your progress is saved before re-installing the app. What I do in this instance is to re-install the app, start the game, DO NOT LOG IN and then complete up to and including Level 72. That way all the boosters are unlocked. THEN log in and it should be all good to go.
