Hi @QueenB ! π€ I had some issues with my 3000 game disappearing and reappearing and resetting to zero. Oh! My quests have now disappeared too. But hey! I got it done. It was not easy for me. πβ₯οΈπ³
Where'd my quests go? Can I have them back as a prize please? π₯Ίπ You can take that duplicate level 3000 event now.

As for the Quests, they came and go but I know there is a new update, version 5.33.7, can you see if that is available on the App Store and see if that helps?
Hello dearest and most royally helpful @QueenB ! π€ Did I mention that my Queen Bee also disappeared when I lost the quests and the level 3000 stuff kept restarting? Ha. I miss her little buzzing. And all her +1s.
I have been checking for updates daily (in addition to having them automatically installed) for awhile now, but I definitely don't have that update yet. I'm on ios on an old iphone6. I'm going to keep checking...I am sure it will come through soon.

Edit: the update just came through! Of course after I post a screenshot that it wasn't here an hour ago, the update appears. It's the ju-ju. π It didn't seem to help yet but I will try to do some troubleshooting later to see if I get my goodies back. Thanks again!

My "3000 Level Event" disappeared on the 23rd. I have finished 4 tiers, and took the screenshots of the prizes I have received!
** I have tried all the trouble shooting steps, nothing helped! And there are no available updates either on my iPad. I have updated the App on Android, but I am not receiving any events on it! So, no luck there either!!
Then sent a complaint to the Player Support - (through game) about the issue! I have received the acknowledgement note along with Ticket number. It has been 4+ days and I have not heard back from them yet! Usually, they would send a reply by now!!
Will you be able to look into this OR should I send a heads-up email tomorrow and remind about my complaint?
