Hi @bibby15 and welcome to our friendly forums. If you scroll up the screen, you will see a screenshot of the map. This one clearly shows the person has completed Level 1000. If you need further help posting an image, then just reply with your question.
It took me a couple of years as I stopped playing when Farm Heroes Super Saga came out. I just recently started playing again.

I passed level 1000 some time ago. I am now stuck at level 3025. I hope I can still get the ¹000 level bad.
