Hi, I have a problem my game got stuck at level 3206, although I passed this level I can't move on, others have passed.

But how to refresh and clear cache ? Wouldn't that erase all my boosters ?
Well I did all that, by going to app info then storage in my phone, forced app to stop and cleared cache, but still stuck in 3206 level. Mean while some of my concurrents passed to 3209.

Sometimes the mobile and Facebook versions of a game will have a different number of levels as well as on Windows 10.
At times, the latest levels are first released onto mobile and then adapted for Facebook, and sometimes it's the other way around. This means there can be different numbers of levels on different platforms for a particular game.
However, these will catch up when the different App Stores update their pages and include the new content. Unfortunately, this stage is out of our hands, but you won't have to wait long for everything to even out.
Just be sure to keep your mobile game app updated to access the latest levels and features. If you find yourself waiting for new levels, why not explore the Community 😉
Hi, I don't think you understand. The problem is that my icon crashed at level 3205 but I moved on to level 3221, here's the problem. Sometimes I can see the next levels 3222 ..... 3235 and sometimes the cloud appears as if I finished the game, somewhere there is a problem that I ask you to solve. I tried the following options: uninstall and reinstall the game, I returned to level 3205 finishing and with 3 stars, nothing happened in vain. I am waiting for an answer from you, thank you!

There you look for your problem and follow the steps. If you cannot find the issue or the provided steps don't solve it, then scroll to the bottom of the same help center page and tap on 'Contact us': There you come to the contact form. Please fill in in your language. Please note that everything is spelled correctly (that is important): and send it. You will then receive an automatic email. Please answer to it and describe your request. Submit. And have some patience for the answer. If you don't get an answer after 3 days, please try again.
