Gold bars, how to get it!

The help section says that gold bars are used to buy aids, but I don't see how to use them anywhere in the game. I just see an add asking if I want to buy a bigger piggy bank.

In order to buy aids you will need Gold Bars. The Piggy Bank is a special offer but you can buy Gold Bars from the Shop.
Once you have Gold Bars, you can buy pre game and in game aids.
Note that you can also use Magic Beans to purchase Shovel before starting a level and having 0 left, for 250 beans.
