I lost my level on farm hero’s.

I would like to get back my levels, since I was way over 400. Can you please return my levels. Thank You. Cindy

    Can u try to install to latest version and try?

    u playing on phone or PC?

    playing through king account or Facebook or ?

    I am sorry to hear that you have lost your levels in the game!

    Did you make sure you are logged into the game? Recently, I have noticed that if we log out of the game, it starts us from level 1 recognizing as a new user.

    Please let me know if this is not the case. And also which device you are using to play the game. So that, I can direct you in proper way to get your level progress back.

    Level 2

    I was on level 351 and had to get a new device the old one is off and I have not been signing into Facebook. What else can I do?

    Hi @Simplychell7 and welcome to our friendly forums. If you had your progress saved via King Games or via FB, you can have your progress restored.

    If you both have lost your game progress and have not had it backed up to either a Facebook or a King.com account, you need to get in touch with Player Support team so they can help restore your game. As you will need to set up a King or Facebook account so Player Support can restore your game, please have this done before contacting support to spead up the process.

    Once done, selecting the "Contact Us" button below:


    Under subject, select: "Game didn't save" and include the email which is associated with your new account.
