Boosters disappeared

Hello @sakura71 - I am sorry to hear this has happened to you. Did you recently update your game or did you have trouble with your internet connection? Something that might have caused a temporary glitch in your game?

Hi @sakura71 - I certainly hope so but unfortunately there is no guarantee and your boosters are stored on your device so this is not something that Player Support can help you with. However you always want to make sure you have the latest version of the game and that you periodically clear your cache to help ensure it doesn't happen again. Have you tried turning your device off for 10-15 seconds and then turn it back on and did they reappear? Also - make sure you have enough memory available on your device. Too little free memory can also sometimes cause problems.
