Why did it freeze and not give me credit for make the level?!?

Just finally achieved level 1300 and just at the end, the game freezed!

Now when I go back, I am still at that level, as if I didn't make it!!!

I spent quite a few bonuses to finally make it and I WANT CREDIT FOR IT!

    I am so sorry to hear that your win was not registered because your game froze at the end!

    It is good that you have provided a screenshot of your game, that shows you have collected all the needed Cropsies πŸ‘οΈ


    I will elevate this issue to our Farm Heroes game Community Manager and ask if they can help you out with moving you manually! I have not idea whether they can do it or not, so, cannot give you a definite answer at present.


    Can you please give me your game user ID number? Since you are playing on a Browser through Facebook, you just scroll down a little bit more from your game screen. Then below to the game Ad, you will see 'Find my ID" tab. Simply click on it and you will the ID number. You can simply Copy & Paste it here.

    I'm sorry you had to play it again... These things can happens sometimes where the game might freeze due to Facebook traffic, connection issue, browser issue and in these cases, you just have to refresh and give it another go. I know this is annoying πŸ™ˆ

    If this keeps happening a lot, then you might want to change browser, clear cache and see if that improves.
