I get error message while playing on PC!

I think you are playing on a PC, right? Can you please tell me which browser you are using?

I do not have firefox or opera. But, I have Chrome, I will check on that and as well as Edge and see if it works for me or not!

One more question... do you play any other King games? Are they working properly?

And do you have Windows 10 installed? If so, would you like to try on that and see if the game opens up or not?

Since it is 3 games that seems not working properly, I am wondering if there is some disturbance with the Internet Connection!

Even-though, the connection inside your home shows as a strong signal, the servers could be down which might be causing this issue! Some of the King games work fine even without internet and some lag and some do not work at all!

But, if we are on a Laptop, the affect is shown very clearly.

What I would suggest you to do is, try to open your game(s) early in the morning OR in midnight and see if you still have the issue OR if it works fine! If they do work fine, then it is the Internet connection itself but not your device and/or the game servers.

Also, clear all the cookies, browsing history and restart your PC -- and open only one browser at a time and make sure there is not much load.

If this works, we can definitely blame the problem on the "heavy internet traffic" -- which has been causing many issues for all the King game players 😮
