CAN'T BUY SHOVEL BOOSTER WITH BEANS

Hello,  It seems that with this new version, I can't "buy" the 3 Shovel Boosters with beans.  The screen comes up to make that purchase, and I click on it, but then it brings  you to the "SHOP".

    Are you playing on Facebook or mobile? Android/Apple? Do you also happen to have any shovels left when you're trying to buy or do you have 0 shovels?

    Same problem for me. I have hundreds of beans, used my 3 shovels, but it won't let me buy any more shovels.

    Hello @Lynne_Stockdale and welcome to our Famrtastic Community. So before you actually play a new level - when the companions screen shows up, you are showing 0 shovels, but when you click on it to buy them with beans it just ignores you? Do you get some sort of message?

    Do you have the latest update - 5.40.3? What device are you playing on? Have you tried clearing your cache (how to do that depends on the device) and then turned your device off for 10-15 seconds and then back on again? Does that help clear up the issue?
