Why can't I access the prizes I've accumulated in the barn since the last update?

Since the last update cannot access the rewards I've earned in the little barn. Bumps me right out of the screen each time I tap on it to access. Have powered down and rebooted my IPad, didn't help. Any suggestions?

I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game! I saw the same kind of issue posted by another player over the weekend, but it was resolved for them by itself!

Can you please post back these details --

1) The version of your iOS;

2) Version of the game;

Since you have tried to reboot the device, you have already covered one of the trouble shooting steps. Next thing to check and to make sure that there is enough free space on the device memory. Can you please check that also?

It may be a space issue, have 1.65 gb available. I have an IPad version 10.3.3 (14G60).

Is this the info you wanted. Still cannot access rewards, but can still play the game.

Thank you for replying back. Yes! That is definitely the space issue. All of the King games require and recommend at least 2 GB free space - for the games to perform better. And, yes! The regular game play would not affect that much, but it is the "rewards", "special events", etc., that get affected.

Please see if you can delete any unwanted pictures (as per my experience, pictures are the first things that take too much space) and videos. Clear all those as much as possible and keep 5 GB to be on safe side.

Because, each time we update the game, it needs a bit more extra space. And if you have more games, it is always better to keep extra space 🙂
