while I play normally and it gives me the opportunity to play 3 more times Now it doesn't give it to me why ?? 🤔

    Hi @lia7 and welcome to our Community 🤩

    I think you are referring to the Ads you get to watch to get 3 extra moves, am I right? If yes, this is not a permanent feature so it can come and go.

    However, just make sure you are connected to a strong internet connection, the game is up to date and you can try disconnecting the game app from Facebook/King account and connect it again and see if that helps. If you still don't have it, you will have it back soon 😉
