Hi, encantes!
I have complained that I don't receive Choo Choo's Challenger awards every time I level up. It is not the first time that I have to claim prizes and beans that I have won, but I do not receive. At each level, I have to keep taking notes and making prints to see if they are following the rules, and never are.
I have already contacted Queen B, PummyRaj and other members of the Community and have been advised to contact technical support, who would receive an email with a response. But the answer I received was to contact the Community.
Then the Community takes me to technical support; technical support takes me back to the community.
Anyway: nobody solves anything!
