what as happened to the daily boosters,on farm heroes saga,on some levels you have no chance at all,on being able to go onto the next level

will someone please help me,i have posted this question quite a number of times,why am i not getting my daily boosters,no wonder i can not pass some levels,its starting to really annoy me,that i can not even go onto the next level,
