Chicken i have another question I am in field 2287 for some time now and I watched a video that someone post to finish this level. How come he has different help amimals then I have?? I think his are better to solve this level. Mvg Barbara de Jong

I do have new content and kept everything 

I removed facebook and farm heroes from my phone and then download them again

Dear chicken . I really do feel that something else is wrong. Its been over a mont now and still dont get free lives or extra levels. Not even the 5th aniversary level.or any extra's I also tried and removed farm heroes but that did not help either. Its getting really frustrating now. Rgds b
