You need to take the bull UP whilst there are still flowers on either the fourth or fifth row down in his column. Then fully RIGHT to hit the wall, UP to hit the wall, and finally LEFT to hit the target (after clearing the flower in the 6th column, obviously). Thank you. Now I'm having trouble with level 725.
