I now need binoculars to see the tiny little screen that appears on my desktop when I log in to the game! Yes, it's the size of a phone screen , except I can't hold my computer up to my face to see it! This is truly BAD!!!!!!!!

 liz1405 I have the same issue. Nothing happens when I click on the icon to start the game! I keep reloading - used to work on the second try, but now won't work at all. So I'm not playing anymore, either. I use Firefox.

My latest issue is that the first time I log in, nothing happens when I click on the level number to begin play. I have to log in a second time - for some strange reason - to get into the game. @QueenB Thanks - figured it out on shovel 3. I shouldn't have assumed it worked in any way similar to the "old way". Ugh.

I still can't figure out how to use the shovel booster - I've wasted 2 now! No matter if I click on the item I want removed before or after clicking the shovel - something else gets destroyed! I'm just wasting my time playing this game at this point.

I've discovered the game works better on Firefox - I had been using Safari previously. At least with Firefox, I'm accumulating boosters again. I also discovered USING the boosters works differently. I just realized I'm not getting new boosters at all - even though I've endured this new version for over 24 hours! In the old version, I got boosters every so many hours. In this new HORRIBLE version, I'm getting nothing! What's with that????!

Thanks, @Chicken_Slayer ... I messaged tech support. However, I did not PURCHASE the boosters that disappeared, so I doubt anything will happen. I'm on level 1749... lost all my boosters that I earned. It takes me through a lengthy tutorial each time I play - as if I need that, at this point!!!!!! Fuzzy graphics, too. So aggravating that I don't even want to play. Fix it - and maybe I'll be back.

Hate this change. I'm on level 1749 and now I want to quit. Lost all my boosters, graphics are blurry, and I have to endure a tutorial of sorts to even get in to play. Change it back!
