There certainly is a countdown of sorts. Have been getting this message daily, every time a new 4iaR starts. There's now 4 days left. This change occurs once you hit a specific level. Then you lose them all at once. There will be difficult levels where you can some times win 3 bottles at once, for solving it, byg now you lose your whole bottle streak by losing one level.

I also switched from 14 levels to 21 levels between balls today, in between two Battula balls 😕 I have had 14 levels between the highest Battula balls for at least a couple of years.
