Farm Heroes: When my gf plays and finishes all turns for one level, she is offered 3 more turns if she watches an ad.  Which is quite helpful with difficult levels.  However, I do not get this option.  Why is that? How can I get this on my Farm Heroes?

• Noted but still unfair! As three extra turns can really change the way you finish the game. But being the genius that I am, I can easily beat your silly games!

• My gf has this occur on both her Samsung and Apple phone/ipad.
