Tried it too just now with older levels. Did not work. Seems like a bug, as the icon is of "any level", just as the hint suggests.

You should get this: Seems you're enjoying a bugged version with no "X" or "Not now" button. If you have an Android device, you can close this window with the "Back" key after swiping down from the top of your screen to activate the navigation keys at the bottom for a couple of seconds.
