Hi @encantes, I am playing on Facebook and the screenshot you showed was the screen I have everytime I try to go on Farm Heroes Saga. I can't read the privacy policy either - perhaps that is due to the date of birth bit not working. I haven't yet heard back from customer support. Should I delete the game and re-install it…
