All levels I have played previously.

Was having the same problem and then today after at least 2 weeks of playing it happened , 4 pets dropped early , then another 1 and last 1 on the last move had to be rocketed out of it.

I completed it by using rockets on the left hand side , pets on that side then slide down and out. The rest when the key gets rid of the block. All pets must be in position.

Got it after numerous tries , need a bit of luck in the way the blocks fall. Have to use the paint brush or keys for extra moves to make sure blocks disappear,

Losing levels and scores that I've built up and that I've spent money on. A regular occurence lately.
