Yes, I've tried all the trouble shooting. I'm getting other boxes just not receiving the harvest rush ones.

This is still happening to me with the harvest rush and I have not received about 6 or 7 boxes now 😔 Is this just me or are others still having issues? I have contacted customer support but awaiting a reply 😞

Hi @PummyRaj.. I played harvest rush again today and my prize box didn't open. It has also happened to my son now too but only on harvest rush. I know @christine88, @Euaki and @007jayc have also had similar issues. Is there a problem with the harvest rush prize boxes? Thanks @LucyOliviaLewis

I'm only playing on one device and the box appeared but no prize. @QueenB has sorted it all out for me though and the game is all working again. Thanks for all your help 😊

Hi @PummyRaj, I posted first after coming 2nd in the design a character competition but the prize box didn't open when I clicked on it. I then came 1st in a couple of harvest rush games and again the boxes appeared but didn't open. If this happens again, I will let you know. Thanks 😊

Hi @Chicken_Slayer, by boxes I mean the prize boxes when you come 1st,2nd or 3rd. The boxes appeared like normal, but when I went to click on them they dissappeared without opening and giving bonuses. Thanks 😊
