So sorry you lost all your boosters. That's a nasty side effect of changing devices. If you have purchased boosters please contact customer support. The earned boosters are sadly not refundable.

Your game has reverted to the old flash version. Please follow the instructions from kiara_wael above to change back to the HTML5 version. Good luck.

Yes, the piggy bank has been playing hide and seek with players for some weeks now. I hope yours is back soon. It will be back. 😕

I can understand your desire to keep everything the same but King likes to keep changing things, some are good, some changes are not so good. I hope you can continue to enjoy the game.

If by (this) account you mean your community account it will remain as is.

Signing up with the community is not the same as making a King account to save your game progress. Please follow the advice given above and you should be able to get both account restored after your mom makes a new King account and our Community Manager helps you. Good luck.
