I was having issues sending lives so I deleted app to reinstall and lost everything I had. My level. My gold bars and tools.

If it's still not worked by Save Current Level Steps, you can click on "Contact Us" on bottom of the page then select "Problems with my Game" and then "Game didn't save" and finally you ask a problem and send Game ID (but use Game ID with phone as well and How to find your Game ID) that I hope they will help you but it taken longer.

Hi and welcome to the community. Yes the only way to recover your goldbars is to contact player support. Please go to settings, contact us , purchase and goldbars and send them email. By contacting directly from the game will give them access of the required data and purchase history of last 90 days in your game so that they can take a positive action in your favour.

@lchezem Hi as above you will need to contact customer support so they can help you getting your levels restored.
The community does not deal with purchases or gold bar issues as it contains your personnel details. so again you need to contact customer support its easier to do from your game as it has you game ID in it automatically, but you can use contact us below but you need your game ID for this
I still cannot get to the level I had before. I always sighed in with Facebook but now it isn’t. I have no idea what level I was on, but it was quite high. Lost my gold bars I just bought yesterday.

@lchezem Hi and welcome, For your levels please try playing a level to see if this sync's you to the server correctly and puts your levels back to normal. If not please see post below for getting your levels restored
You should not have lost any gold bars so please email customer support regarding this as they should help you with this just go to settings in your game help and send them an email
In the case of mobile devices your boosters and lives are stored on the device itself, so if your phone or game crashes, you uninstall or even change phones your boosters are lost and unrecoverable, unless purchase and for this again you would need to contact customer support
