Your Day 2 screenshot will be accepted. I do not play on a PC, but I believe Microsoft might have a "Snipping Tool" to enable adding text to a screenshot. @oo1414, Typically players add their username or a special sticker to their screenshots. If you look at some other entries, you will see how usernames, nicknames, Game ID, etc. might be added. This is for your own protection, to ensure that your screenshots are not copied by another player.
