Hello @ZoLOLogist thanks for sharing detailed infos. This looks a case where seasonal pass is not available but this is not on your side but on the Studio's. It's not anomaly, it may happen to players from time to time. When a feature is rolled out to players there may be a small group that don't receive it at that moment.β¦

Hello @Carlitos799 and welcome to Soda community! that's likely the reason if the level wasn't played to the very end where score, stars and golden plaque get registered. If the game is not able to register them in the first place, then it's not able to display them later on Hope it helps
